Instructions for student speakers and poster presenters

Notifications were sent in early September.
Student Speakers
  • You will have 12 minutes for your talk, followed by 3 minutes of questions.
  • Please submit your powerpoint as a .ppt/.pptx file by 11:59 PM on Thursday, September 27th.
  • Please submit them with the filename LAST NAME_FIRST NAME_PRESENTATION TITLE to south@physicianscientists.org.
  • Please bring a backup of your presentation on a USB just in case.
  • Faculty judges will score your presentations and select winners that will be announced during our last session.
Poster Presenters
  • Posters should be no larger than 4’x4’.
  • Push pins will be provided for use in top right of your respective poster board.
  • Please see the registration table at check in for location of your respective poster.
  • Peer judges will score your poster presentations and select winners that will be announced during our last session.
